Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a global specialty pharmaceutical company operating in more than 30 countries worldwide donated 26,000 pens and 18,000 pads to Goods for Good's Pens and Pads for Progress Initiative.
BIC is the Leading manufacturer of stationery products, lighters and shavers. Bic donated 1,000 pens to the Pens and Pads for Progress Initiative.
Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leading provider of pharmaceuticals throughout the world. As part of the Pens and Pads for Progress Initiative, Bristol-Meyers Squibb donated 100,000 pens and 314,000 notepads.
The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. is a leading specialty retailer of children's merchandise. The Children's Place was Goods for Good's first major donor of merchandise, and over the past three years has donated about 12 tons of new clothing to thousands of vulnerable children throughout the developing world.
Deutsche Bank is a leading global investment bank. The bank not only provides financial support to Goods for Good, but also donated 500 pens to the Malawi Youth Initiative.
Dixon Ticonderoga is recognized as an industry leader in home and office supplies. Dixon donated 1,700 pencils to the Malawi Youth Initiative.
International Packaging Solutions (IPS), a warehousing and logistics company has donated the majority of Goods for Good's warehousing and logistics. Our work would not be possible with out their assistance.
Johnson & Johnson, through its operating companies, is the world's most comprehensive and broadly based manufacturer of health care products, as well as a provider of related services, for the consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical devices and diagnostics markets. Johnson & Johnson is an ongoing contributor to Goods for Good. Most recently Johnson & Johnson Donated 260,000 pens and 15,500 notepads to Goods for Good's Pens and Pads for Progress Initiative as well as 20 cases of Infant Tylenol to the Malawi Youth Initiative.
Leapfrog is a leading designer, developer and marketer of innovative, technology-based educational products and related proprietary content. In support of our ongoing efforts to improve the learning environments for children in need, LeapFrog donated 2,500 Leap Pads, 10,000 Phonics Kits and 75,000 educational books. This donation will be an integral part of the educational items we supply to our recipients.
Pfizer, the world's largest pharmaceutical company donated an assortment of promotional items including several thousand pens, calculators, note pads, soap and other school supplies. All of these items will be distributed to orphanages and community based childcare centers in Malawi.
Sanofi-Aventis, operates in over a hundred countries and markets major pharmaceutical products and a wide range of medicines adapted to local needs throughout the world. Sanofi-Aventis donated 10,000 pens and 10,000 pads to the Goods for Good's Pens and Pads for Progress Initiative.
SK Properties is a full service real estate firm engaged in residential and commercial real estate predominantly in the tri-state area. In addition to financial support, SK properties has provided Goods for Good with donated office space and transitional warehousing.
Write-Way, a source for quality education materials for teachers, parents and home-based educators contributed a large variety of high quality educational materials including pens, erasers, sketch books, planning pads, index cards, flair pens and oak tag. All of the items donated are now helping children in Malawi learn.
